Hi! My name is Jess and I'm a nurse practitioner and empowerment coach. I worked in primary care for over 10 years only to find the system was failing those that really wanted to make changes in their physical and mental health. I started coaching to take a new perspective on healing. I believe that we are all human and cannot be confined to a diagnosis. I believe we don't need to be fixed, but just need to be held in a compassionate, non judgmental light, in order to see our higher potential. I am here to help you along life's journey.

As a nurse practitioner and coach, I also offer psychedelic healing, psychedelic integration, hypnosis, breathwork, meditation and EFT (tapping). With psychedelics, like ketamine, we accelerate the therapeutic process to help you break down your walls. I also offer psychedelic integration for those who have used psychedelics and had an experience they need help interpreting or who simply need support after a journey.
